Do you supply diluted or blend-ready pomelo-oil?
G4S can supply pre-blended (defined ratio in a food-grade carrier) or pre-diluted forms for easier handling and lower-cost trials. Blend base and concentration are agreed per order and stated on the COA. Note that blending changes the measured specification window, so the COA always declares the actual concentration and base. Neat lots remain the default for buyers who formulate in-house.
How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency and traceability?
G4S controls consistency through Q/XXXX and per-batch QC matched to the reference profile. Traceability runs raw-material source through processing to the finished product with a lot-specific ledger and retention sample. If your application needs tight tolerances, tell G4S and we can select lots from the same source or blend to a target profile. Every shipment carries a lot number linking to the COA and assay on file.
What does pomelo-oil look and smell like?
Appearance: a pale-yellow to amber mobile citrus oil. Odour/taste: characteristic bright, fresh, sweet citrus (pomelo) odour with aldehyde top-notes. Because it is a natural aromatic material, the aroma is the natural Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck (pomelo) character. Sensory evaluation follows an in-house panel; G4S provides the odour/flavour description on the COA and can supply a reference sample. Store sealed, away from light/heat/moisture.
What after-sales support do you provide?
G4S provides ongoing support: lot traceability and re-test within shelf life using the retention sample, documentation re-issue (COA / SDS / origin / health / phytosanitary cert copies), formulation advice and a responsive complaint channel. For LTA buyers we assign a dedicated contact and periodic review of grade consistency. We treat the relationship as long-term — the after-sales step is where we protect your production continuity, not an afterthought.
How do you authenticate pomelo-oil and screen for adulteration?
G4S authenticates by: (1) GC for limonene/nootkatone and the citrus volatile fingerprint matched to the natural Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck (pomelo) profile and the GC/MS fingerprint; (2) GC/MS fingerprint plus targeted adulterant screening; (3) species + "Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck (pomelo) species-specific raw material" declaration on COA; (4) heavy metals + microbiology per food-safety. Every lot ships with COA plus assay. We screen adulterants, heavy metals and solvent residue. Lots failing the natural profile or exceeding limits are blocked.
