Packaging favors sealed, labelled, low-oxygen, food-grade formats: amber/dark glass or aluminium-lined pouches (100-500 g) for premium lots, food-grade drums (1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg). We pack sealed, labelled, and (for long storage) with oxygen absorbers.Keep away from heat and light. Damaged-pack claims are handled per the Incoterms and our complaint process.Packs are chosen to be compatible with the material form.
Is this longan-concrete organic or wildcrafted?
Top sources from contracted cultivated bases; wildcrafted grade is not standard. Organic certification (EU 2018/848, NOP / USDA, or equivalent) can be arranged for dedicated lots from certified-organic sources, subject to segregated handling and lead-time / premium.Conventional (non-organic) lots are the default. What is the lead time from order to delivery?
